Delete your data
Request deletion of your TractorPal account data at any time. Email us from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
Three steps, one email
No forms, no hold music, no hoops. Deleting your data takes a single message from the right inbox.
- Step 0101
Email us from your account address
Send your request from the same email account you use to sign in to TractorPal. We use that address to confirm the account is yours — so it has to come from your inbox, not a friend's or a second address.
- Step 0202
Send it to support@tractorpal.com
Address the email to support@tractorpal.com with the subject "Delete my TractorPal data." Tell us you'd like your account and data removed — the button below fills all of it in for you.
- Step 0303
We delete your account
We'll remove your TractorPal account and the data tied to it. This process is irreversible — once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, so make sure you've saved anything you want to keep first.
One tap fills it in for you
The button opens a new email, already addressed and worded. Just send it from the inbox tied to your TractorPal account and you're done.
Button not opening your mail app? Email support@tractorpal.com yourself, from your account address, with the subject "Delete my TractorPal data."
I request my TractorPal account be deleted and understand that this process is irreversible.
A few things worth knowing
Nothing fine-print about it — just the details that keep the process smooth and your records safe.
Use the right inbox
The request has to come from the email address on your TractorPal account. That's how we know it's really you asking.
It can't be undone
Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is removed, it can't be recovered — so save any records you want to keep before you ask.
Questions first? Just ask
Not sure whether deletion is the right move, or which address is on your account? Email us at support@tractorpal.com and we'll help.
Ready when you are.
Send the request from your account inbox and we'll handle the rest. Change your mind before you send? No harm done — nothing happens until that email lands.
